Cabanon Mistral Trailer Tent in Chesterfield, Derbyshire for sale

The trailer tent consists of two double beds in clean condition which fold out and are very comfortable with the foam mattress. No rips or marks on the inner tent linings which zip up. There are also inner tents which go underneath the double beds (we never used but look good). There is plenty of storage under the seating area. When erected the tent is 8.5metres (28ft) long and 5.5metres (18ft) wide. The living area has a 1 metre extension which can be removed if desired. A toilet/wardrobe area and a kitchen area which can be closed off. The roof linings are in excellent condition and add that bit extra. The roof has 3 to 4 small holes in it which have been repaired and do not leak. (These are not noticeable when the roof lining is up). The curtains for the windows are like new. It has the side panels for the porch which are also like new, complete with curtains. The porch roof has a tear where the pole has gone through in the corner, this was done when we bought it but never had repaired. It has never caused us a problem and not noticeable when erected. We also have the repair kit for this just never had time to fix it. The kitchen consists of two gas rings/grill and sink all in excellent working order. Recently it has had a new rear light unit fitted, a new gas regulator fitted. All tyres are nearly new, we have never used spare (but holds pressure).
