All our systems are fully compliant with the industry standards DW172 for commercial kitchen ventilation and DW144 for ductwork. All canopies are manufactured with welded corner seams, integral condensate channel and no exposed rivets. Removable baffle type grease filters are mounted at no less than 45 degrees in an extract plenum. Access doors are always fitted to the extract ductwork to comply with DW172 to facilitate future cleaning and maintenance. All our ventilation gas interlock systems comply with BS6173 using fan current monitoring for a reliable operation.
