Hello, I am a 26 year old female. I work full time Monday to Friday 9-5am. I have a large double room to rent in a large, spacious semidetached house within 2 minutes walking distance from town centre. The room is part furnished, with a double bed. The room comes with an inbuilt wardrobe and a large family sized private en suite with bath and shower. I am charging 100pw all bills included. I am very friendly and easy-going. I am looking for someone that is clean & tidy, respectful and friendly. I am initially looking for a female, but would consider males too. Professional or student and would also consider Mon-Fri lets for people commuting. I am a smoker, but I don’t smoke in the house. Thanks
