I’ve owned this phone since September 2015 and paid £699 for it. It was purchased from Apple directly and therefore is unlocked to all networks. Even though Apple only provides a limited 1 year warranty, as stated on their own website: “In the EEA, national consumer laws entitle consumers to obtain from the seller, free of charge, repair or replacement of products that have a lack of conformity for a minimum of 2 years from delivery” So should anything go wrong within a year you should be able to get Apple to fix or replace due to this EU law. I am always paranoid when buying such an expensive phone, which is why I didn’t even use it until I had a screen protector on and a case around it. This also comes from a smoke and pet free home. The screen protector is one of the best you can buy. It’s a Liquipel Skin and has the best impact protection I have ever seen in a screen protector. There is a video on Youtube called “Attempting to shatter an iPhone 6 — Who does that?” where a 1/2 lbs steel ball is dropped onto the screen from 2 feet and it does absolutely nothing. With other screen protectors the screen would have shattered! This comes with 2 cases, the Anker Glaze Case and the Trident Aegispro Case. These are both great cases with a great balance of protection/adding bulk and even have port covers to keep them clean of dust and lint from your pocket. I can provide the original boxes for both cases and screen protector if you wish. Because of the protection described above, the phone is in excellent condition, which you can see from the photos and has no scratches on it whatsoever. All the buttons and functions work as they should. This phone looks practically like new when out of the case.
