I come from a security background as well as martial arts. I am a qualified martial arts instructor, with over 18years experience. I am trained in de-esculation and breakaway training, conflict management, as well as many martial arts qualifications up to the level of coaching to Olympic standard. I am mobile and can come to your house, a group meeting, your business etc. services include; * building your confidence * making you feel safe and being able to protect yourself * improving your knowledge and skills and much much more.
